How long have you been making your products?
I've been making handmade soaps and bath and body products since 2008 and Bliss Botanicals launched in 2016, starting at my kitchen table and moving to my beautiful soap workshop, The Willows, in 2021.

Are your products natural and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, my products are carefully crafted with natural ingredients to ensure they are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The spa bars are particularly soothing to use, and I even use them to wash my face. 

Are your products cruelty free?
Bliss Botanicals is committed to being cruelty-free. I do not test my products on animals, and I strive to use ethically sourced ingredients.

How should I store your products?
To maintain the quality and freshness of the products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. For whipped body butter, it's best to keep it at room temperature.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products typically have a shelf life of 6-12 months. To extend their shelf life, keep them sealed and stored in a cool, dark place.

Are your products suitable for vegans?
Yes, all Bliss Botanicals products are suitable for vegans. My lip balm is made with a plant based wax instead of beeswax as is often found in lip balms.
