Botanical White Sage Smudge Stick

Sage is a cleansing and purifying herb and can be used to help break up feelings of negativity.

Use by igniting the end then extinguishing it, using the smoke to cleanse your space. Be sure to keep a fire proof container nearby to catch the ashes from the stick. You can also break off fragments of the dried sage to burn as loose incense.

This white sage smudge stick is made from the silver-white leaves of the Salvia Apiana plant which grows on the coast of California. It has been dried and bundled with dried botanicals for positive happy vibes whilst you smudge.
